Who we are
ONEJOB is an early-stage job search platform developed in Stockholm, Sweden, by Ernesto Escarcega, who is responsible for your personal data. Contact: ernesto@onejob.me.
What we collect
Waitlist: your email address and the time you joined. Questions form: your name, email and message. App accounts (invited users only): your profile, saved jobs, applications, CVs and cover letters you create.
Why we use it
To invite you to ONEJOB, send occasional product updates, answer your questions and run the features you use. The legal basis is your consent (waitlist, questions) and our agreement with you (app accounts).
AI features
When you ask ONEJOB to import or improve a CV or cover letter, that text is processed by an AI service only to produce the result. It is not used to train models by us.
Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We only use trusted service providers to host the app, store data and send emails, under data-processing agreements.
How long we keep it
Waitlist emails are kept until you are invited or ask to be removed. Account data is kept while your account exists and deleted on request.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can access, correct, export or delete your data and withdraw consent at any time. Email ernesto@onejob.me and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
