Finding a job shouldn't be a full-time job.
The idea for ONEJOB didn't start in a boardroom. It started with my own job search.
After years working across creative production, digital marketing, and technology, I started looking for my next role in Stockholm. I expected it to take a few months. It turned into almost two years.
Like many people, I spent countless hours jumping between job boards, rewriting my CV, drafting cover letters, chasing follow-ups and keeping a spreadsheet just to remember who I'd applied to. Being multi-skilled made it harder, not easier: the right roles were hiding under job titles I'd never think to search for.
Why is finding a job still so complicated?
We have AI that can write, translate and plan in seconds, yet job seekers are still expected to do most of the heavy lifting themselves.
I realized the problem wasn't a lack of opportunities. It was how fragmented and time-consuming the whole job search experience had become.
That's where ONEJOB began. Not as another job board, but as an AI job search assistant: one place to discover jobs in Sweden, understand how well you match, prepare a tailored CV and cover letter, and keep every application organized.
I'm building the tool I wish I'd had. Because finding your next opportunity should be about your potential, not how many tabs you can keep open.

Hi, I'm Ernesto.
Ernesto Escarcega · Founder, ONEJOB · Stockholm, Sweden
I'm a creative producer, project manager, and digital professional originally from Mexico City, now based in Stockholm.
Over the years, I've worked across creative agencies, global brands, technology companies, and digital platforms leading teams, managing complex projects, and helping turn ideas into real products and experiences.
My work has taken me through digital marketing, content production, gaming, SaaS, and AI-driven workflows.
But ONEJOB is different. It's personal.
After experiencing the challenges of today's job market firsthand, I wanted to use everything I've learned about technology, user experience, and solving complex problems to create something genuinely useful.
I'm not building ONEJOB because I believe I have all the answers. I'm building it because I believe there's a better way and I want to find it together with the people who need it.
